The moment you have placed your order, we will get to work to get it to you as soon as possible. You will be kept informed of the status of your order via email and via My Plumule.

Europe Region 1 – from €9,95 (1 to 3 days)
Europe Region 2 – from €17,95 (2 to 4 days)
Europe Region 3 – from €29,95 (2 to 5 days)
Europe Region 4 – from €46,95 (3 to 7 days)

The above shipping cost is a starting cost of shipment, depending on the volume of your order the shipping cost will automatically be recalculated.
Processing your parcel will depend if all items are on stock. We use our shop stock to complete your online order, stock levels on the webshop may vary from our actual stock. We will contact you if items are not available. Once your parcel has been booked in with our delivery service you will receive a Track & Trace code.
Returns should be easy. You can inform us about your return within 14 days after receiving your order at email@example.com
You’ve got another 14 days to return the parcel to your nearest DPD pick-up point.
If you are not happy with your order, you can go to your order confirmation or track & trace e-mail and sign up your return. Select the items you’d like to return, pick the DPD parcel point you’d like to drop your parcel off at and complete the return sign-up.
Print the return label, just put the items (no invoice necessary) in any box you’ve got laying around and bring your parcel to the chosen parcel point. You will receive a. proof of return and you will receive an e-mail about the status of your return.
We will refund you the full amount of the items minus the return costs of €6.95 to the account you’ve paid your initial order with (Credit Card, Ideal, Paypal etc.)
